WHY COME

TO COUNSELLING?

Feeling lost, scared or simply stuck? Does it feel like no-one’s listening? Then counselling might really help. It takes real courage to admit you’re struggling, and in a busy world, it’s easy to lose touch with our true self and what we need to function well. Counselling is often the start of finding a fresh perspective.

I’d welcome the opportunity to support and help you find some clarity. Together we can explore new choices, raising your awareness of how you view yourself, others and your issues.

Counselling works best on a weekly basis, until you feel better equipped to manage alone. Regular contact and the building of trust between counsellor and client allows you to focus, and to manage difficult or stressful issues.
